That’s why instead of pushing this narrative of “your original post” we should push for more women to go into obgyn. Like your situation a lot if women don’t picture themselves in the field even though they know the dangers of men having the upper hand in that field and know how they are under represented but still “do not see themselves” in the field. So it’s less let’s encourage men and more let’s encourage women to get into it

Peter Obi came to my school CSS Orsumoghu, he joined PTA meeting that day and was taking records of what's happening in the school from students directly. He then issued a Cheque to rebuild class and employ more teachers before he left. I'm amongst the Prefects he gave his number. If I don't support Peter Obi God will punish me.

Most people never check this. They just wipe outside of their fridge and think they’re clean. But the real danger is hiding where you never look. Right in the rubber around the door. One simple paper trick will shock you. Walk with me
Grab a sheet of paper and go to your kitchen right now. Open your fridge door.
Your fridge might look clean on the outside, but inside that rubber seal could be quietly growing bacteria. When the seal becomes weak due to age, dirt, or cracks, warm air seeps in. The temperature starts fluctuating. Tiny water droplets form. Black mould starts growing deep in the rubber folds.
That mould releases spores that float around and land on your food. Even food in containers. Bacteria love the warmer spots and multiply fast. Your milk sours more quickly. Leftovers grow slime you can't see at first. One bad seal can make your whole family sick.
Try the simple paper test 👇🏽
Take your paper, put it halfway in the door. Close the door gently on it. Now pull the paper slowly.
If the paper slides out easily, your seal is weak. No tight grip means air is escaping. Try this on all four sides. Top, bottom, left, right. Do the freezer too.
Clean the rubber first with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Get all the sticky bits and mould out. Dry it well then test again.
If it is still loose, it's time to replace the seal. Your food stays colder, and the fridge consumes less electricity because the motor works less. Most importantly, you stop feeding hidden germs to your family.
Do this check today. It saves money, health, and wasted food.
