Here’s my plan to hit $50k-$80k/mo by the end of 2026:
1.hire cold email setter (create SOPs, checklists, videos, guidelines, how to response, how to book a call, what to say when ask for price, and how many time to follow up)
2.start with Linkedin (first create content manually, engage daily, send connections, close at least one deal from Linkedin)
3.automate Linkedin with tools (for sending automatic connections, follow up with connected leads, and basically close leads)
4.hire a new person for Linkedin (for creating content, closing leads, following up and sending connections)
5.start with Google Ads (rank for main high-intent keywords: reddit marketing agency, reddit agency, reddit marketing services)
6.close 2-3 sales from Google Ads
7.Hire Google Ads Manager (create SOPs, checklists, videos, guidelines)

@tech_nurgaliyev @ManusAI manus is amazing, I hope meta doesn't screw it up

ChatGPT lies to you...
If you put transcripts of 10 sales calls and ask him to go through all of them.
He will only check a few of them and tell that he checked all of them.
Use @ManusAI and it will do the same task with actually checking all the files and doing deep research.

@cbwritescopy I thought your middle name was listkit

@tech_nurgaliyev What’s your close rate?

@Seannywilson To those who think it changes to fast to start… it doesn’t

Every day, cold email gets a little harder.
3 years ago, you could land in the primary inbox doing whatever
2 years ago, you could just pull data from Apollo.
Today:
- Deliverability
- List-building
- Copywriting
- Automation
- Research
All of it is a full-time job.
There’s never room to get comfortable.
Specifically in the outbound space where the tech is constantly evolving.
You always need to know:
a) what's working
b) what's getting traction
c) where the industry is headed.
Things change too fast not to.
I’ve watched the agencies who stay on top of this stuff win, and vice versa.
It’s these little things that make a big difference.

There is a crazy amount of money inside Reddit.
Everyone sees “posts” and “karma.”
We see signals, behavior, and demand.
Here’s fun:
• Reddit isn’t just a social platform
• It’s a decision engine
• Indexed by Google
• Filtered by niche communities
• Real customers wrote reviews
Nobody studies it…
Cheat code:
• Pull threads from niche subreddits
• Group conversations by topic
• Track what people ask frequently
• Watch how opinions change over time
Patterns will scream:
→ questions people are scared to ask publicly
→ frustrations never mentioned in reviews
→ tools users bought
→ the exact language they trust
This isn’t “growth hacking.”
This is listening at an industrial scale.
The same threads…
• Rank on Google
• LLM trains on them
• Influence buying decisions
• Predict industry focus
Most founders are busy chasing trends,
Reddit becomes the source of truth.
Niche communities are NOT small markets.
They are:
• Early adopters
• Real users
• High-signal conversations
• Future mainstream behavior
When something hits Twitter or LinkedIn…
Reddit discussed it 12–18 months earlier.
If you want to win a market.
Stop asking customers what they want.
Go where they already said it.
And read deeper than anyone else.
That’s where unfair advantages are created.
