Campaign finance records show that in November 2025, Vivek Ramaswamy’s Ohio gubernatorial campaign spent $11,898.25 on a trip to Puerto Rico. Vivek stayed at the Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. He travelled to Puerto Rico to deliver a keynote address at the annual conference of ITServe Alliance, chaired by Vinay Mahajan. Mahajan’s organization lobbies for including increasing annual caps for H-1B visas and easing restrictions on foreign labor. However, Ramaswamy withdrew from the conference a day before it began after the public caught wind of his planned appearance.
