Technique modification allows transradial access balloon aortic valvuloplasty (BAV) to be performed with a high technical success rate, similar hemodynamic performance, and a significantly lower access and non-access-related complication rate compared to transfemoral BAV. TransCaval Impella TVD PCI, with seldomly seen type 2 closure closed with Aortic cover stenting LVEF 15-20%(on inotrope), severe PVD with bilateral AKA, bilateral femorals and axillary arteries 2-3mm #Rotablation to LAD+RCA #OrbitalArterectomy to LCx

@abadkhan2002 This is actually a 2 day(back to back) operation and things gets way more complex than it looks, too lengthy to include; POD1: weaned off inotrope, Hb stable POD2: extubated, GCS full; Kidney require dialysis though coz of CKD stage 4 pre-op
