In 2024, Texas was Canada’s second-largest export destination, and our fourth-largest trading partner overall, with $75 USD billion in trade. This included billions in Canadian natural resources and manufactured goods, including nearly $7 USD billion of oil and gas in 2024 alone. Over the past decade, Texas has brought $4.7 USD billion in capital investment to Canada, creating over 6,500 new jobs. With a CUSMA review on the horizon, discussions like this one are more important than ever. Our goal is to make Canada strong at home so we have unbreakable leverage abroad.

CARNEY'S DANGEROUS DEAL Carney signed a SECRET police agreement with Beijing. The RCMP will be directly cooperating with our BIGGEST SECURITY THREAT. It is OUTRAGEOUS to work with a regime that operates illegal police stations & actively threatens the safety of Canadians.

Pleased to join Edmonton’s Taiwanese community for a Lunar New Year celebration. It was an enjoyable evening featuring cultural booths, dragon and lion dances, and Taiwanese cuisine.

The regime in Tehran is the principal source of terror in the Middle East and around the world. It tried to build nuclear weapons to annihilate our allies. It massacred tens of thousands of its own people. It has shown no good faith in negotiations to change course. After YEARS of delay, Minister Anandasangaree STILL CAN'T SAY when the foreign influence registry will be in place. Yet Carney WASTED NO TIME signing a security "partnership" with China—our BIGGEST foreign interference threat. The Liberals have their priorities BACKWARDS.

CARNEY'S SELLOUT Carney is funnelling BILLIONS of tax dollars for foreign autos, while Canadian auto workers are being laid off. Now Carney is inviting China to FLOOD our market with cheap EVs as part of his "strategic partnership". So much for "Building Canada Strong".

I was pleased to attend & bring greetings at the Borneo Cultural Association of Alberta’s Lunar New Year celebration. It was an enjoyable evening of food and cultural displays to celebrate the Year of the Fire Horse.

Great to visit the Grade 9 classes of Joseph M. Demko School in St. Albert and talk with them about my role as MP and current national issues. The students had excellent questions and I enjoyed our discussion.

Pleased to attend the grand opening of the AdaptAbilities St. Albert Respite Centre. The centre will serve our community by providing programming and support to persons with disabilities and their families. This space was made possible in part through the significant fundraising efforts of the St. Albert Rotary Club. Thanks to all the dedicated staff and community members who worked hard to make this day happen.

OUTRAGEOUS The Liberals handed out $240M TAX DOLLARS KNOWING it would immediately go to subsidize a big US tech company. They cared more about a quick photo-op than ensuring A QUARTER BILLION TAX DOLLARS stayed in Canada. US big tech gets rich, while taxpayers foot the bill.
