Here is the full list of condo buildings in Victoria that allowed short-term rentals, due to the legal non-conforming use (grandfathering) that local governments did not have authority to regulate. Many of these are full of AirBNBs/VRBO units. This will end May 1st 2024. #yyj

I got an @eightsleep mattress last year. At first, I thought it was dumb. After like 2 weeks I was like ok, this slightly colder-than-normal mattress is kinda neat. Now I struggle to sleep away from home. The colder mattress really makes a difference.
