@CoachPayne__ @Harding_FB Weight room - prioritize movement quality over anything else. Do not force exercises or loads on poor movers. There are no indispensable lifts. Speed/Agility - develop speed with full speed, full recovery reps. Make it competitive, game like, and fun.

College Football Hall of Famer and 2-time Heisman runner up @dmcfadden20 has selected his winner for the top collegiate running back in Arkansas. The 2025 Darren McFadden Award winner is @andrew8_m of @HardingU. Andrew led a historic @Harding_FB offense that set NCAA records with rushing yards, 6943 and rushing TDs in a season, 88. Andrew finished with 2,048 rushing and 28 TDs and averaged 7.2 yards per carry. The Bison offense also averaged 43.50 points a game and 433.9 rushing yards per game. Congrats Andrew!!! NFL Hall of Famer Willie Roaf has selected his college offensive lineman of the year here in Arkansas and it's Harding University's Jake Mitchell. This is the third Willie Roaf Award winner from @Harding_FB @HardingU since 2013. Jake was the driving force behind a historic Harding offense in 2025. The 6-foot-2, 270-pound tackle anchored a line that led NCAA Division II in rushing with 433.9 yards per game and set new NCAA all-division records for rushing yards (6943) and rushing touchdowns (88) in a single season.
