It is astonishing to me that gaming sites and gamblers had this info fast enough to bet this down to 4 before anybody here locally could confirm the story. How? How did they get that info so quickly and how did gamblers get it quickly enough to drop that line?

@cantguardjoshb @LSUfootball I think youre getting there. Theres lots of factors that go into a win. I emphasize matchups as very important. Obviously you can't just say that since team A beat B and team B beat C that A is better than C. Also youre statement isnt exactly true as LSU beat Auburn by 24 in 2015

I’m keeping this tweet on hand because @LSUfootball is the best College Football Team EVER. Also, they beat an undefeated Clemson team. Also, I’m not an LSU football fan and won’t bandwagon but, I will always call this 2019 - 2020 team THE BEST. G.O.A.T.

@Mike_Macchi @LSUfootball The two best teams I've seen in the past 20 years are 2013 FSU and 2018 Clemson. This LSU team is probably 3rd or 4th with 2018 Alabama. And I agree with your last sentence.

@MichaelHeberton @LSUfootball This LSU team is special and I doubt that we will see anything similar. In all fairness it’s just respect to @LSUfootball greatness and not everyone will agree. Still I love this debate and I hope we continue to have these debates.

@Mike_Macchi @LSUfootball Yes, Auburn played at Clemson in 2017. Alabama played USC in Arlington in 2016.

@MichaelHeberton @LSUfootball Yes Alabama dose play non-SEC teams like New Mexico State and Duke but, do they go on the road and play big time programs in season that are non SEC? No, and Duke doesn’t count because they are not a big time program and Atlanta is SEC Territory ask anyone.

@Mike_Macchi @LSUfootball But there are teams that have beaten more ranked teams throughout a season and there are teams that have beaten almost as many top 10/5 teams. If that is your argument then so be it.

@Mike_Macchi @LSUfootball To your first point, Clemson 2018, Alabama 2017, Clemson 2016. That's just going back the last three years. To your second point, they beat 5 top 10 teams. mid season rankings really don't matter as they aren't indicative of how good the team actually is. That still really good.

@Mike_Macchi @LSUfootball I'm not sure what point you are trying to make. Auburn had an outstanding defense and a terrible offense. Florida was a solid team. LSU beat a lot of good teams but that's what national champions do. You need to compare them to other great teams. They don't come out on top imo.

@MichaelHeberton @LSUfootball yeah they gave up 38 points to Vandy but scored 28 more points to make 66. Alabama however gave up 31 points to Ole Miss only scoring 59 that gams. And they gave up 13 points to Tennessee when only scoring 35.

@TimBourret The 2018 12-0 Notre Dame team that Clemson beat had 7 starters on their defense drafted and 4 starters on offense. So maybe not overrated like many people thought

The Alabama team Clemson defeated by 28 points in National Championship game at end of 2018 season had seven first rounders and 15 players who were top 100 picks....so far. Still have next year to add.

Defense was a little better than average. 2019 LSU has about 18 NFL Caliber Players. 2013 Florida State had 21. 2018 Alabama had 23. 2018 Clemson had about 19 and beat Alabama by 28.
