Realised last night we'll be roasting 6 years this Wednesday. Very lucky to say we've surpassed any business goals I'd set. We won't be getting much bigger. Grateful to be where we are. This year we'll up the 3% of revenue we give away to 3.5%. Support has been great but disappointed no big business copied our model even in part. I think it's a much fairer way than the norm but the idea never really received the coverage I think it deserved which makes it very very difficult. Massive thanks to the people I with with. They're brilliant.
