We give thanks to God for a successful Ruwa Prayer Day. Today, the Ruwa Ministers Fraternal and Ruwa Council jointly organised a Prayer Day, which is observed every year on 10 January as Ruwa Prayer Day.

Residents of Ruwa and all motorists using Mutare Road are hereby informed that the traffic lights are now fully operational. We kindly urge all drivers to observe and respect traffic laws. Let’s respect our traffic lights and keep our roads safe for everyone. #WeStartToFinish

Today, we had an important and highly productive meeting with the War Veterans in Ruwa. The discussions were constructive. We remain committed to working closely with all our stakeholders to ensure the continued growth and development of our town.

Today, the Mayor of Ruwa, Councillor Michael Mataruka, made a generous donation of a complete soccer kit to Timire Primary School. The donation is part of the Mayor’s ongoing commitment to youth development and promoting sports in local schools.

Ruwa Mayor, Cllr Michael Mataruka yesterday donated a 5000 litre water to Ruwa Vocational Training Centre. This will give the Centre much needed storage for water for its various agriculture and culinary arts projects.

@ProvinceHarare Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution Hon C.Z Tawengwa toured Council projects in Ruwa. Hon Tawengwa urged the Council to continue working together with the residents for the progression of the town.

Today, I held a meeting with the Ward Development Committees (WDCs) from all wards in Ruwa. The dialogue was productive. Going forward, we aim to ensure community involvement in all stages of development, planning and implementation.

We commissioned Rujeko Primary School classroom and ablution blocks yesterday. Guest of Honour Hon. Sen C.Z Tawengwa lauded PPPs in community development endeavours. Mayor @MichaelMataruka reiterated Council's commitment to provision of social services to meet population demands

Today, we officially commissioned new classroom blocks at Rujeko Primary School. This milestone marks a significant step forward in our ongoing efforts to improve the learning environment for our children.
