When anyone asks me for a recommendation of a film they've never heard of, I always cite Lynne Littman's TESTAMENT. This is one of the most quietly terrifying films I have ever seen. And it's finally coming to blu ray in the US from Criterion next year. criterion.com/films/34202-te…

Beside the point AI is bad for this purpose, Tickets for the upconverted The Wizard of Oz at The Sphere are between $114 and $139 each. I can’t imagine anyone is going to “discover” that movie, nor their love for watching films in theaters, especially at those price points.

I think all these points are wrong, actually. The trailer for this movie was reviled and it 1) Killed enthusiasm for more of the concept by misrepresenting it 2) It did not at all serve the audience it THOUGHT it was targeting & 3) Didn't court the ACTUAL audience it's targeting
