🚨I don’t understand why Manchester United seem to have cooled their interest in Angelo Stiller from VfB Stuttgart. Reportedly available for around €50m and if the club are prepared to spend similar money on Ederson, then why not seriously push for Stiller? Angelo Stiller is extremely intelligent on the ball, calm under pressure and capable of controlling the entire tempo of a match from deep areas. He’s not just a passer — he’s a proper midfield conductor. The way he breaks lines, switches play and dictates possession is elite. He constantly makes himself available, reads the game quickly and gives structure to the entire team. The only logical reason I can think of for the club stepping away is maybe because they are seriously planning to sign Mateus Fernandes, since he also naturally likes to operate as a deep-lying playmaker and progress the ball from deeper positions. But even then, Stiller at €50m in today’s market feels like a very smart opportunity for a club trying to rebuild its midfield properly.
