SAG-AFTRA turning down the final offer from game companies and letting their union VAs lose work... but they're "still negotiating" xD

Every time I hear about the going-ons with the union, I am more and more glad I live in a right to work state. I will never join them without some sweeping changes in how they run things and who is on the board.

@AlexanderDHall Missed the call and the drama but I will definitely want to submit for any future opportunities. You're a damn legend and it's insane people gave you such shit over your call when there are so many that offer much less or nothing and get no flack. Looking forward to more.

There will also be a general submission form for anyone who missed this on the upcoming website. We're aiming to launch by this summer at the latest. I'll be posting a few more calls for talent (web devs, etc) soon. I'm really excited to create something fun for you guys again!

Hey everyone, responses are now closed for the casting call. I just wanted to say that I'm extremely grateful to everyone who signed up and everyone who came out in support of indie projects. We've received almost 200 submissions for the roles and I am blown away by the support.

@BigBenVa1 Elgato Wave 1, not bad for a starting/mid-levelish mic but it is not XLR. I would recommend it overall.

Why do the chorus of the collective remain mute on the matter of the moratorium, yet orchestrate a cacophony to compel the conductor to change the score? Is it a symphony of solidarity or a discordant demand? Voice actors?

Does SAG-AFTRA have a specific plan to ensure non-union VAs who don’t want to join aren’t cut off from opportunities, especially if studios trend union-only to avoid drama?

If you move to a non-right-to-work state like California, would you face a “must-join” deadline after a Taft-Hartley period, forcing you to join SAG-AFTRA or stop working on a flipped project like Genshin?
