@NYC2SN1 We're not the only team struggling in the POs atm so hopefully by the Chesterfield game, Clarke, Snowy, TWB are match fit so we'll be much better by then. Taf back in the POs and you never know what happens. Being very optimistic I know

Got what we deserved. It's a relief the returning players made it through as my god we need them but unfortunately there are some who are not good enough and while we play them, often out of position, we'll continue to get what we deserve #STFC

Ignore the first minute and that wasn't bad. They've deserved a lot of the stick but fair play to Palmer and Hoilett, they're fighting for this and done well. Snowdon looking good as well which bodes well. Still a long way to go though - nowt stupid please #STFC

Above all else, last night was just so disappointing. Not a lot else to add other than I'm not against holding for an hour and then bring on a pacy attack. But without Taf, Clarke and GK, we lose so much as the cover simply isn't good enough to fight for 60 mins #STFC

Lovely stuff. Played for 200 mins this Easter and been poor for 180 of them but who cares, 4 massive points. This team is a long, long way from perfect but they're fighting, so we've just got to back them for the next month. And wrap Clarke in cotton wool in between games #STFC

As an experienced “pro” and described as a role model to many. He plays like he doesn’t wanna be here and we don’t want him here, instead of supporting JKL he’s an absolute asshole to him. Never disliked a player more.

@stfcjosh I don't think it's too much of an issue but game of opinions and all that. Either way, we need to be a lot better than tonight and in recent weeks

@stfcjosh That's very fair, as I say, he's not been good (though got us some key goals) but I can't get too upset at seeing a bit of rage on the pitch given that performance

@stfcjosh Palmer can knock it comfortably back to Ripley (whether he actually does is another thing), JKL is just pumping that long again. Either way, I don't think it's a bad thing to fire a rocket at a couple of the youngsters who were really casual at times today

That's an obscene result but I don't really care, I'd have taken that before. If we can win on Monday, it'll have been a good Easter. Lots to change before then though, main thing being if he's fit, we've got to be playing McGregor, he's such a good player #STFC

My unpopular take is I wish a few more of our players were as angry as Palmer instead of just looking terrified half the time #stfc

A very frustrating day and our lack of a football brain at times is ludicrous. So many poor decisions. We have ability but if we don't make it up, our poor on-pitch know how will be the reason. But a win on Thursday and things look very bright so got to stay with the team #STFC

Just got back and worth the drive. Pleased to see Oldaker getting credit because he was immense, especially in the second half. Fair play Tranmere, almost played the perfect game against us but thought we were good for the win. On to next Sat now - 3 on spin would be lovely #stfc

Getting ourselves into reasonable positions but final ball pretty poor. Big concern is we look quite vulnerable when they break #stfc

@SamMorshead_ If someone ended up getting hurt and the club was prosecuted, instruct and advise end up being very similar. But absolutely, there is a very easy way to resolve all of this

@Michael_Benke they're briefing that they support the club's decisions but did not instruct the club to take the action; it's all unnecessarily grey. Of course, resolving the underlying issue would prevent all of this

Hmm, I'm really not defending the club here as their handling has been awful as per or criticising the council but I've worked with authorities elsewhere on safety. They usually only offer advice but if you don't heed it and something goes wrong, you'll be hammered in the courts

@stfcjosh Want to see McGregor start as well. Bit haywire at times but he offers so much

We’ve won this based off the last 20, Drinan and Fletch will take the credit but without Taf and Ripley we would’ve been 2/3-0 down. Taf makes a huge difference defensively. Need to win the next two now, Fletch has to start the weekend no question ❤️🤍
