So for the vast majority of 2009-2026, I pretty much lived in panic and survival … While being betrayed on so many levels was disgusting … I am incredibly grateful that it triggered me so badly, that I finally learned how to regulate my nervous system without distractions 💔

Heartbreak steals your innocence. I remember being so deeply in love and so naive there's a bittersweetness when I think back, knowing I'll never be that soft or vulnerable again.

Crying during the finale of S1 of my rewatching the Walking Dead was not something I expected. The scene between Dale and Andrea absolutely hit way too close to home. Dale’s words were on point. Incredibly eerie! I’m glad I watched it tho. I needed this tonight ❤️

Gym was fire! So glad I finally made it back in. Honestly a HUGE step in my healing. Physical health goes hand in hand with mental health. 💪 Ngl I was jamming to my music! People prolly thought I was a little loony on the treadmill but it is what it is. I was having fun 🤣
