@RenzaS A few months past my 18th birthday. I was originally dx’d as type 2 four years prior to the type 1 dx. Then I got sick and the rest of my pancreas function said “nope, see ya, permanent vacation time”

- sugar doesn’t give you diabetes
- insulin is really that expensive(300+)
- if I don’t get insulin in my body my blood turns to acid my organs shut down and my brain stops getting oxygen :)
