@CityPowerJhb They came out but there seems to be a problem with the meter so now we have to wait for them to come out and either fix or replace the pre paid meter. We were told that city power will instruct the meter department accordingly Thanks

@CityPowerJhb CPWEB4033817 I reported yesterday afternoon that we do not have power. The reference is still showing "created" It then showed it was allocated to a technician but then he was taken off Then it showed "accepted" by Martin Boys & Botsello January Modise Now it is "created"?

Should any customer still be experiencing any power related problems, they should log a call for assistance.

Block 9, 13, 1 and 5 will be affected from 05h00 until 06h30 Customers are urged to switch off non-essential appliances during loadshedding to avoid incidents of in-rush current and network overload when restoration takes place.^RM

Stage 6 #loadshedding is underway until further notice Block​ 5, 9, 13, 1, 4 and 8 will be affected from 14h00 until 16h30. Blocks 5 and 9 will however be affected until 18h30. Please switch off all non-essential electrical appliances to allow for a smooth restoration. ^NT
