Last night I officially became an Australian citizen. I’ve been a dual Kiwi and Aussie in my heart for MANY years, but I’m bloody honored that it’s now official. #aussieaussieaussie ! I celebrated with fancy champagne and a packet of Twisties, because I am an Upper Middle Bogan❤️

Tonight I get to open a glorious show with these divine humans at Ensemble Theatre in Sydney. ‘The Memory of Water’ runs until November 25th. Come see us… 😊💗

Hey @AlboMP I have just been granted AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP and I am SO thrilled. I want to be able to VOTE, BUT! My citizenship ceremony isn’t until after the referendum. Any ideas?? (Clearly trying to get the PM - with all the spare time he doesn’t have- to swear me in ASAP)

@michalabanas Yep. Anyone can now buy a blue tick. It means absolutely nothing now. Also check your DM settings. For some people their settings changed so that only verified people can send them DMs

I know I sound like I am clueless (In this instance I am), but do I seriously have to PAY to have my blue tick back?? Is that for real?? Does that just mean anyone can buy one then? I don’t get it. Should I even care? So many questions….
