Volunteering with students can often be a thankless & difficult task, but tonight our high school leaders felt seen and blessed by a student that gave a personalized, hand-written note to every single one of them. -even those that didn’t know her well 🥲 so kind

@MichalaRiggle You all used to do that to me. I’m preaching and hitting decline trying to play it off…but it was a landslide, an unstoppable force of memes. I just turned on airplane mode from then on out.

While in the middle of preaching last week, a student tried to airdrop a meme to my iPad. That probably says something about my preaching not being engaging enough, but instead of changing my preaching, this week I just changed the name of my iPad to “pay attention to the sermon”

I am the perfect atheist experiment. Unlike many atheists, who rejected the faith in which they were raised, I was raised atheist. My parents rejected the Catholic faith of their families early on, and raised me and my brother without faith, in a progressive, secular country.

Just had two students call me in hopes I could settle a disagreement. The disagreement...what was Jesus’ middle name? 😂 The conversation led to them finding out “Christ” wasn’t even his last name I love my job

I've watched this 20 times, and each time I laugh as if it's the first.

The Lord is good. The Lord is faithful. The Lord is powerful. The Lord is gracious. The Lord is merciful. The Lord is real. He sees you. He knows you. He loves you. He has good plans for your life. The enemy will try and convince you otherwise. Don’t fall for it.
