Ms. Blayne's social studies students at Crossroads North recently created a cultural museum that they shared with the school. With the help of Ms. Zito (the librarian) and Mr. Castaldo (art), students researched and created artifacts from the civilizations they studied this year.

A powerful learning opportunity…

The Community Service club, which previously held a fundraiser for Elijah's Promise and knitted blankets to benefit Knots of Love, is collecting footwear for Soles4Souls. Between now and April 1st, previously-worn shoes can be brought to D-406 at North or D-102 at South.

Earlier this week, the Crossroads Unified Vikings Bowling Club wrapped up their season. Students in the club not only improved their bowling scores but created meaningful relationships with their peers.

Teachers, to start off 2022, I'm offering two free 30-minute virtual appearances. I can talk about writing, share a preview of I Survived in progress, or whatever you would like. No limit to the number of students, can do grades 3-8. RT to enter. I will notify winners 1/10.
