@ScotRail It was still being called as a 3 carriage service (which would have been a little less uncomfortable) 10 minutes before departure.

@MichelleCHart Hi, this information has been available online all day so passengers were aware of this before travelling. This train was reduced due to a train fault, we'd rather run the train with fewer carriages than completely cancel the service. ^MF

Dear @ScotRail - two carriages on peak hours trains not acceptable (Edi to Dundee - 5pm) especially considering how much you fleece us on fares. What are you spending all the money on as it doesn't seem to be rolling stock?

@ScotRail That's really missing the point - it's an appalling service for the cost, and a regular occurrence. Why isn't more investment going into rolling stock if it breaks down so regularly?
