@oddballwoofwoof Correct. Though at least this change isn't retrospective which would've been far worse. The key here is the govt should ensure the changes are communicated effectively before people sign up - so they have choice

Sometimes readers are a bit embarrassed to say that they borrow our books from libraries rather than buy them. DON'T BE! At the current rate of 30.5p Public Lending Right we get for each time someone borrows our books, that's more than we get for a book sale in most cases!
