@cosinmotion That's what I did in the beginning. I have so many profiles floating out there on the apps lol. Worked on my personal branding and defining myself at the same time.

@MichelleGenXugc Agree somewhat! The apps make finding jobs easier however they are very difficult to get given the volume of creators. Some of them are not as transparent as others. I would say starting out is a numbers game. Join as many platforms as you can manage!

@MichelleGenXugc Im on several apps and its extremely difficult to get jobs on them. It worked at the beginning of last year but not now.

@chrismugc That is the sweet spot. Something, but not over thinking it. I think people get so hung up and nervous about making a portfolio.

@MichelleGenXugc Agree but also I think making three sample videos and throwing them in a google drive folder works too. I got my first two gigs this way!!! I would drop that google drive link in threads here on X.
