Good evening @GoogleAds May I ask please, why, when I've blocked an advert at least 10 x are you intent on my watching it? You can't, surely, begin to think that's good communication of which you are supposed to be King. Prey, do tell the reason?

@afneil Perhaps it's time to bring back the King since it's clearly beyond the realms of any politician to successfully run the country. Politicians seem to have the mistaken belief that governing is a popularity contest available to feed their inflated egos.

British Government in a shambles tonight. Nobody quite clear who’s in charge. Who would have thought Labour would be been even more useless than the Tories? Starmer living on borrowed time. Support ebbing away. But to what? Nobody knows. The world has rarely been more dangerous in modern times and we barely have a government.

“Smell the alcohol”?! Wow. I wonder what she thinks it will be like when she and the Greens get their way and legalise heroin? Also, she says that, unlike MPs, she doesn’t think bankers would have a drink then go back to work. What planet is she on?

@DeborahMeaden '...focusing on the important stuff,' you say. I think you will find that identifying a breach of security protocol is pretty much up there when it comes to 'important stuff.'

Key line of Sir Olly Robbins letter to Ctte: "When the PM informed the house that the proper process had been followed in respect of National Security Vetting, he was correct" In other words: He followed process & didn't do anything wrong. PM knows that too.

@LBC @Tobias_Ellwood Well, with the £2 million PER DAY the gov are currently receiving from fuel duty after the recent price increases at the petrol pumps - they are in fine fettle to create a stronger force if you think we need it.

@DeborahMeaden It's not for the first time though. Parliament passed a law in 1644 to cancel Christmas which remained in place until 1660.

@KirstieMAllsopp @MayorofLondon People have to take responsibility for their own rubbish and take pride in their surroundings. Can't keep relying on the council. Maybe a resurgence of the 1970s campaign 'Keep Britain Tidy.'

I Love London, and I hate to see the city being maligned by those who should know better BUT the litter crisis is undeniable, does @MayorofLondon have someone whose job it is to focus on litter, or does he regard it as an issue for the different local authorities in the capital?

@DeborahMeaden @benonwine If the economy is doing so well, why is the ordinary person in the street not seeing any benefit of that? Instead, every week, for I don't know how long, food prices have risen exponentially not to mention utilities.
