Q3: I think it’s important to keep parents informed with what we are doing in class and the language used throughout the school year! I also think it would be good for parents have the opportunity to ask questions so they can continue the conversations at home! #MESLeads
Q1: I think it is important for the students to see their growth! I plan on tracking their MAP scores and CA’s throughout the school year and understand what those scores mean! #MESLeads
Q3: As much as I would love to have everything decorated and ready to go, I believe there is something great to be said about having students help and find ways to display goals, the 7 Habits and anything else to show the great work and progress being done! #MESLeads
Q2: Beginning with the end in mind and synergy. As a campus I feel we do a goood job at giving ourself a goal and reaching that goal. Along with that I feel I can go to anyone for help or asssistance to find ways to better myself and my teaching! #MESLeads
Q1: I want to be very purposeful with the launguage used in my classroom. I plan on incorporating reminders for myself and the students around my classroom and in the hallways!! #MESLeads
Q3: I’m looking forward to reading about how I can teach and apply the 7 habits in my own classroom. I know every classroom will look different, but I’m motivated to find the way that works the best for my classroom! #MESLeads
Q2: The more our students hear it the more they will believe it. Our students need to understand that that it is apart of our whole school not just one classroom. This in turn will allow them to connect it to their life outside of school and apply it to their future. #MESLeads
Q1: Self-motivation, empathy, leadership, and ownership are some of the qualities that allow students to be successful. Showing them this at an early stage in their life is giving them so many more opportunities to find their definition of success in life. #MESLeads
We love risk-takers! Beginning the morning with Translating the Expression or Equation. Check out Michelle Kiers from @MES_Lions presenting her thinking to our community! #EdCollab18
