Some great insight in this podcast on cities & COVID-19. EG 1: understanding/responding must be interdisciplinary, 2: new relations of density & expansion underpin spread, 3: cities not just vehicles for spread but for solidarity/support, 4: less racism than with other outbreaks.

Epidemiologists have told me "we already know everything there is to know about mosquitoes, we can modify them genetically, etc"... and still dengue is thriving in our countries. This is what inspired us to start this project based on ethnography, to document the everyday.
