Kerry Roberts is back on the media circuit… this time teaming up with the Note My Objection lawyer to talk about “witness intimidation.” You mean the same Kerry Roberts who somehow forgets to mention the part where she goes into the house while Sgt. Goode and Lt. Lank are inside taking statements from the house defendants? That Kerry Roberts? Because here’s the problem… In Trial 1, Kerry testified Matt was there when I left the first time…( which we now know from the dash cam footage, is wrong) I said I’m going to get the O’Keefes… he asked if I wanted him to come… I said no… and he went in the house. Clean. Simple. Neat little story. Except… that version conveniently skips over a pretty important detail….She goes into the house herself. Unseen. Unmentioned. Unexplained. Then comes back out… and somehow ends up having a conversation with Matt at the end of the driveway. So let’s get this straight, We’re supposed to believe Police are inside getting statements from witnesses People are not going in and out (per cpd testimony) And Kerry just… what… materializes outside afterward? But don’t worry now we’re getting a full show about “intimidation.” Not inconsistencies. Not changing timelines. Not missing movements. Intimidation. At this point, it’s not even spin… it’s a full-blown rewrite. And the wildest part? They keep telling these stories like nobody has seen the footage. Newsflash for ya, People have seen the footage. And the more these “interviews” come out, the more they highlight exactly what they’re trying to avoid. Carry on though… This is going great.

Makes you sit and think. I'm sure being sued by Karen Read in Federal court for your part of her civil rights violations and knowing your deposition in the O'Keefe v Read wrongful death case is coming up soon had NOTHING to do with an early retirement after only 23 yrs. NAPD seems to be imploding. It’s about time for scrutiny on leadership - or lack thereof. Apparently the Officer-Involved-Shooting Policy at the time of Kelsey’s incident was for the Chief to show up, play grab-ass with “the shooter”, shaking hands and hanging out in the driveway, all while Kelsey is literally fighting for her life in an ambulance 20 feet away. Better yet, why not immediately RE-ARM “the shooter” with your very own Chief gun before any investigation has commenced into why “the shooter” shot his own colleague. Nothing to see here... Sounds like it’s time to go, Chief Gray. Maybe they can replace him with Lt. Daley- the architect of the entire afternoon. He can’t keep control of a scene, but maybe he can control a whole department. Or how about Lt. Whitaker- Justin’s legal advisor from NAPD. Or Sgt. Gherke- the expert on possession, title and ownership of real estate. The options are endless.

buckle up, Canton… because apparently we’re about to get the cinematic universe version of a deposition. MSP Brian Tully yes, that Brian Tully, the guy overseeing the investigation into John O’Keefe’s death is heading into a deposition next month… and let’s just say, it’s not exactly shaping up to be a quick in-and-out. According to defense attorney Aaron Rosenberg, we’re looking at four different attorneys taking turns asking questions. Not one. Not two. Not even the usual tag-team. FOUR. Which means this isn’t a deposition… this is a round-robin accountability marathon And even Judge Mark Gildea couldn’t help but drop a little understatement of the year “Five hours is a long time. I hope you can get it done.” Five hours? With FOUR lawyers? On this investigation?? Remember Proctor thought his was gonna be 2 but turned into 6 and a half?? that’s adorable. This is the same case where timelines bend, phones apparently develop legs, and nobody can remember anything until a report drops or a video surfaces. But yeah — five hours should totally cover it. And collin allegedly left at 1210 and got home 20 minutes after Chris!!! Four attorneys One lead investigator Years of “I don’t recall” potential Yeah… we’re gonna need snacks. And possibly a sequel. Because what this really tells you is simple, There are that many angles to question There are that many decisions to unpack And there are that many people who want answers on record This isn’t routine. This is what happens when everyone in the room knows there’s a LOT to go through… and nobody trusts that the first answer is the full answer. So when this deposition starts running long and it will just remember It’s not because they’re wasting time. It’s because for once… the questions aren’t being rushed the follow-ups aren’t being skipped and the “we’ll circle back to that” moments are finally getting circled back to Five hours? That might just be the warm-up. Get the duck boats ready!
