The Wayne County Airport Authority is putting travelers' and workers' health at risk by considering a plan to open a cigar bar inside Detroit Metro Airport's McNamara Terminal.

Now, researchers are using that data to not only alert the donor about their unhealthy blood pressure number but to help them control that number.

A new initiative is working to help people monitor their blood pressure when they donate blood. Every time someone donates blood, their blood pressure is taken to make sure it isn’t too high to donate.
