He replied that you align with leftists on basically everything and wanted your take on what you disagree with them on. Has left-wing/progressive politics 2. Has a hostile disposition to the democratic party, even if they agree they are the lesser evil and votes for them over republicans 3. Either is themself illiberal or is willing to accept illiberals within their political movement
