The team was back in the field last week at #TwoThumbsWildlifeSanctuary, building post-fire homes for all creatures great and small. Working with @HabitatInnov, in a world-first, we installed 20 hot-off-the-press Habitech marsupial dens.

Our Director and Principal Ornithologist, @Mick_Callan, will be presenting at the next Green Drinks event hosted by Greening Bathurst on Thursday 28 September. Come along to the The Greens on William - Bathurst at 5:30pm to hear Mick discuss "The Hollow Crisis".

Research has found that greater fire severity decreases the abundance of greater gliders which is why we are working with @HabitatInnov to install nest boxes to give these animals a ready-to-move-in home after bushfires destroyed their natural hollows in trees

Mostly I love living regionally but having no gas - maybe for weeks - and putrid internet makes me think that city life wouldn't be so bad 🤔
