I’m back in college but still work FT. Cuz I have little free time I’ve been requesting off the weekends before my exams to get caught up on studying/rest. It’s only a few but boss is calling me out on taking the time off… I might have to quit if she’s not gonna me me halfway

I’m taking some summer classes and they’re kinda kicking my butt. They’re it she’s but the pacing is sped up compared to Fall semester hw like everyday-tough to balance with work

I’ve been feeling so dejected since they said this shit to me. Sure I received an apology but from the person who didn’t speak up, not from the person who said it. I literally helped keep this place alive w/ 1 other person during our great shortage of 2021…I earned my promotion

So guys I have been dealing with a toxic coworker for month I voice it to my boss and her first suggestion was “do you want to demote yourself if you’re not happy in your lead role?” Hell no, how insulting is that that that came out of your mouth. My work ethic is top notch…
