On cruise ships, the mental health and well-being of performers and crew members is so outdated. How many performers have lied and claimed not to have a mental illness just to get a contract because, everyone knows if you hadn’t you wouldn’t have the job. #time4change

This is simply not good enough. How are people supposed to survive on this?! Not only does this make life difficult for performers, but agents are gonna be struggling too. Pretty unacceptable to be honest.
