@NickDryden1 Currently 12th with 13 games left, having had the most successful 4 years prior to that in modern club history. What were you expecting? Comparing us to the teams in Europe, we are struggling with Spurs the only real comparable - who have spent more than us over that time frame.

@MickoHarriso Do you think Brentford, Brighton and Bournemouth would quite like to have spent 250m in the last window. 63m Isak, 55m Tonali, 70m Woltemade etc, etc, etc. 700m in total + 5 years later we're 12th while other pl teams in Europe are doing great!! Unrealistic..!! How could u fail.

Worst part about supporting #NUFC? Not the results, the performances, the standard of football or lack of progression this season. It’s hands down other #NUFC fans. Unrealistic expectations about a team hamstrung by PSR that has punched above its weight for the last 4 years.

@MsiDouglas 100% yes. We are not in a position to not play one of the best strikers in the world. Football fans are fickle, it’ll not take long to get the fans back onside but I’ll take a big gesture (new contract, number 9 etc) to start that process.

@RoscoeNo7 @MickoHarriso Feeling disappointed with a game like that one is still a novelty to me. It’s been an incredible season so far and could still be the best in (my) living memory.

Such a stop start, scrappy game and a bruising one in terms of injury for #NUFC. Praise be for Kieran Trippier (once again) for that late clearance. On the flip side ... that's 17 league games unbeaten, equaling a club record, but as a team, it's feels like they're hanging on.

@RoscoeNo7 @GeorgeCaulkin Totally agree but I always go back to the fact that it wasn’t long that competing with Spurs wasn’t even a thing. Its early days, I’m just enjoying the fact that our first proper season after the take over is going incredibly

@MickoHarriso @GeorgeCaulkin You can be grateful for where we are but at the same time feel we should have done better then we have recently. Every time we’ve had a chance to make the gap between us and Spurs far more comfortable we’ve fallen short. Need to pick ourselves up before the final

@RoscoeNo7 @GeorgeCaulkin I fully expected us to beat Bournemouth too. The fact we didn’t isn’t sending me into some mad spiral. Wasn’t that long ago when I went into every game expecting nothing, I think a few have very short memories

@MickoHarriso @GeorgeCaulkin I don’t think anyone thinking we should have been able to beat Bournemouth today needs a reality check. People are frustrated at how poor we were today which is understandable. No one minded the 0-0 against Arsenal, that was a good hard fought point this was laboured and slow
