@SkyIreland Hi Sky, I have ordered over phone for whole home puck 3 times since November 2025 and I have not received anything. Keeps getting rejected but I’m getting charged on my bill. No one will or can explain. Shambles of a service.

@SkyIreland hi Sky, the customer service is appalling, I renewed contract over phone, took 45mins to sort. 3 weeks later my order never arrived. I called today, order never went through. Took another 45 mins and 5 ppl to get anywhere. It would not be accepted in other industry.

@IrishRail So one train breaks down on a completely separate line and half of all commuter services are cancelled. This is Ireland 2025.

@IrishRail once again a train at broombridge with none of the external carriage display boards showing the destination. Every week the same problem. Is there a plan to fix this ongoing issue? It’s literally the most basic information for a passenger to know which train is which!

@IrishRail It was all carriages on the Maynooth train that just left BB. This is a repeat issue. Lots of commuters had no way to know what train destination was. BB is a busy stop so clear train destination ia essential.
