This is nothing short of a travesty. Two of the worst referees by some distance over the past few years taking centre stage in Europe’s biggest competition💔 Nika Amashukeli, Hollie Davidson and even Luke Pearce can feel very hard done by. Panicky, stressful pre exam evenings will do the opposite. Many fall into the trap of ‘cramming’ (a last minute dash around the books) & while that feels a good idea, our brains are going to be far better at recalling facts/quotes/formula if the ‘street is clear’.

My other job is working with young people around their mindset. Below is a thread which might be useful if you look after a young person who is taking A-Level or GCSE exams in the next few weeks. These are tricky times and getting it right is crucial. 🧵⤵️

Disappointed to hear of the reception some of our fans got at Coventry. Whatever you think about the clubs return the fans can't win. We lost our club and we had zero control over the situation, we come back and we funnily enough had no input into what league or which conditions were met to be in said league. Just another crack in the thin veil of "rugby values" that people pretend still exist. Ask any fan that came to Sixways this year if they felt welcomed and enjoyed it - I bet it was an overwhelming majority 🤷 Hopefully next season people can get over it and move on. It's boring now and we're not going anywhere.

@garethlewis1959 @matinnassiri The TMO has to ask the TV director for various angles he is not privy to them all. They disappear in France all the time.

@matinnassiri @Micktheboy The TV Director cannot make something already seen live by the TMO disappear because the TMO already has the image in the truck. Missing angles can happen due to poor camerawork or someone between camera and incident but is the same for both sides.

Not really why Bath lost - but really poor officiating. TMO seemed nonexistent on many calls that could have switched the game. Really poor. But all necessary footage against Bordeaux was inconclusive or the right angle couldn’t be found.. strange. #InvestecChampionsCup #BORvBAT
