If Leeds pull this off it could be the signing of the season. He’s pure class. The monopolistic nature of modern football means that so many brilliant players just sit on a bench and lose form. Didn’t work out at Chelsea but class is permanent. MOT

@MickyPKerr He's also kept us up in arguably one of THE toughest seasons to stay up! 43 points and we could mathematically still go down! Very high bar at the bottom with no mugs down there. Bottom 9 are better than last 5 seasons. He deserves huge praise. Astounding achievement

@lufc_bishop It doesn’t matter what fans think at all. The club is not subject to any democratic process. Inside the stadium it can toxic etc and that might affect things. But PL managers don’t tend to last long, if he does too well he’ll get an offer if he flatlines he’ll prob get sack.

If he sets up a GofundMe to raise the £2.35M I’ll gladly chip in and rally others to do so as well. No one should go to prison for making the game affordable and accessible to everyone. The only reason he’s going to jail is because he took profits off greedy broadcasters.
