Ingestion (turning messy input into clean data) is the most overlooked of the six uses. One tool lets non-technical users handwrite notes, snap a photo, and AI fills in the profile. Another turns a contractor's voice note ("out of nails, send hammers") into a structured order.

Stop treating price increases as a one-time event you brace for every 5 years. Make it annual, as a 5–10% per year fits inside your customers' budgeting cycles. A 40% jump after years of standing still does not. WATCH: ▶️ youtube.com//watch?v=hemg7…

How to communicate it, per Alex: → Lead with the value you've delivered → State the new number, the date, who it applies to → Give 30 days → Never apologize An apology signals you think the increase is wrong. That torches trust faster than the price change itself.
