@RideUTA if I need to get a Lyft to work since FrontRunner is having a switch issue UTA should compensate me for the ride and ride home since I’ll have to abandon by bike which I need to get home at 2:30 in the morning

@RideUTA where is the GD 205 bus, arena station stop? Give us a warning if bus isn’t going to show up instead of wasting our time! The bus was supposed to be here at 5:10 and has yet to show up. 😡FFS why is UTA so unreliable? Stop wasting my time!

@RideUTA I so swear UTA should compensate us for their late trains, bus and other services. Why do they even get our hard earned tax dollars to fund their crazy expansion plans? Seriously! We’re out here struggling to get to work and home and they’re… just sitting there laughing😡

@RideUTA can someone at UTA explain to me why the buses always have to be so freaking late? Trying to catch the last 220 it was 15 minutes behind schedule so I had to get a Lyft just to get to work so I wouldn’t be late. Seriously why do we pay for the service?

@RobinhoodApp can someone at Robinhood explain to me why it’s so hard to resolve an issue on the app? I know it won’t bother much but you lost me using the app all together tonight. It’s pointless to keep using an app that can’t fix an issue I had nothing to do with. Do better!

@RideUTA so this month I chose to get my wife a FarePay card, doesn’t work as advertised. At the end of the month it’ll cost more than a traditional monthly pass🙄someone needs to fix the cap that was advertised, the fare transfer to other services and most of all… the whole sys

@YouTube OMG! Stop with the ads already! We’re just trying to watch informative channels and don’t need to constant interruptions from ads. Having to stop everything we’re doing to hit skip gets old real quick. And if we let the ads play they tend to stop the video entirely🙄

@RideUTA I’ll do hope I’ve been shadow banned by now because I won’t stop asking WHY UTA is so unreliable? We’re in America! Public transport should have to be this stupid to make me seem so smart.

@RideUTA why are the buses always late? Just ruined my wife’s night getting to work, now she’s late. Someone needs to fix the schedule and quick! It’s pathetic how the bus can’t be reliable and get you somewhere on time

@RideUTA It’s like every time I try using UTA something is amiss. Too many drug addicts, homeless, and late services. 🙄public transit shouldn’t be this difficult to use

@RideUTA Tried catching 470 at clear field station but took off as I got to door. Tried catching it after roundabout but wouldn’t stop. Explain!

@RideUTA False! With apparent car accident on State and 400 S we can’t go further than library station on Red. I paid a ticket to go just 1 station then I had to get a Lyft to continue on to work. TELL US! Why should we pay for a service we can’t use!

@RideUTA here on trax red line right now. Got low IQ people blasting very vulgar music, a sleeping drug addict next to me and not an Officer in sight. 🙄public transit shouldn’t have to be an exhibition on what wrong with this world today.
