I wish there were a video model with the same aesthetic taste as Midjourney for images... because even Seedance, Kling AI, and Veo feel much weaker when you try to work with less common or niche styles.

One of the best part of @midjourney is you can still use the older models.

I recreated this old @midjourney 6.1 worldbuild in MJ 7. I couldn't do it in MJ 8.1 because we can't --sv 4 the new model. Was 6.1 actually the best MJ model? Not being able to salvage the sref's from this era is criminal.

This never happened to me.
Why @midjourney is giving me the same 4 results when I give the same seed ? It's not 4 images per seed so I don't understand what's happening here.

Two quick announcements - We've pushed an update that improves V8.1 image quality and sharpness, particularly with SREFs, moodboards and HD images, but you should notice it globally too! Secondly, V8.1 is now available on our main website as well as Discord. Enjoy!

@midjourney Believe me if you guys deliver some omni ref close to nano b you will break the market. Nano B or GPT cant compete with your visuals but they have the consistency we need as filmakers 😢

@midjourney Do you finally have multiple character / environment / item references locked in? This is SO important for people to actually consider your platform a true contender (aside from the whole "but it's the stylization" vibe).

@LyraSongstress It's more about sharpness and image quality and not being blurry or pixelated which definitely broke a lot of sref and moodboards previously

Have you tried blending images in Midjourney v8.1? Just 2 images (you can blend more, but I’ve found 2 work better), no text prompt... Pretty cool results.
