It’s about time I talked about my worst date experience I met this guy on X Decided to go on a date with him after I kept canceling I was already feeling so bad for the continuous cancellation So i decided it’s about time I did That was the worst mistake of my life. This guy chose a location that’s very far from me even after I had tell him I’m more comfortable with places closer to me I had suggested we go to a park sit and talk or have an ice cream 🍨 date. But he insisted that there’s a spot he frequent at his area in Ago that I should come over to Ago Long story short, I went It was a bar place 😂😩🙂‍↔️ guys..!!!!! I was livid All my life it has never been a bar (I guess there’s a first time for everything) Apart from the fact that he kept me waiting for almost an hour he came with a bedroom slippers I asked him to order himself because I literally feel he’s not financially viable for that which I might order. Dude said it’s ok for me to order it, he said he’s familiar with the place and their meal isn’t expensive. I had jollof rice and chicken with salad We ate and talked about ourselves. He has a promising career (or so a thought) Which made me want to overlook the first impressions I had of him The bills came 😩 Guys the bills was just a little over 19k naira This guy started arguing with the server that how come Mind you, he got himself a yogurt and an hollandia strawberry one too I felt so embarrassed I thought you frequent this place ? I thought you know the prices of a plate of food? He had to cross check everything on their system and said “Omoh I didn’t plan this much ooo, I don’t have enough” Who invites a lady on a date without having at least 20k to spare? And moreover I had said we go to a park where we do not have to spend anything. I felt so embarrassed I make a 10k transfer to the server and he balanced the rest. This guy had the guts to ask me to take pictures of him and help him airdrop it 😬😬😬 Well I did and it ended there I didn’t block him, I just stopped responding to his text and stopped picking his calls.
