Midnight

Midnight is a male NightWing with a deep fascination with the occult. He experiments fairly regularly on dragons he captures and he tends to talk to himself. He is missing his left eye and in it’s place is a chunk of quartz, he occasionally believes he sees things through it.

“I wish Arctic would stop talking. But for some reason nothing I do makes him quiet. I could bury him and still hear his voice. It’s infuriating. But not as infuriating as him grumbling on about my constant failures. Stupid moons-damned bonehead. LITERALLY.”

@AzureBookwyrm “Oh I do too. Regularly. I have been killing dragons nightly for about a week so far? I needed parts.”

@MidnightWing343 Dude, if I were to ever go on trial for all the nasty stuff I did during the war, there would be another war just to determine who gets to execute me. Don't lecture a terrorist about being undesirable. I have caused ACTUAL harm.

@MidnightWing343 Neither was I. I was so close to taking my own life, but I hesitated because of a distraction and then... I was shown kindness. Not out of fear or by want of some benefit just... simple gratitude. I had the proof that my hopes could be true. That being caring can change things.

@MidnightWing343 Then you are shortsighted. Look at how our suffering made us. Arctic had a terrible, tragic life: he betrayed his queen and tribe for the sake of love, only to end up in the clutches of another queen who only coveted his power. Far from home, alone, betrayed and murdered...

@MidnightWing343 I can't hear his voice like you supposedly do. Only live his agony over and over. I don't know if it is of any comfort to him, but I... understand him, somewhat.

@MidnightWing343 I can't tell whether you're insane or if you really hear hiss voice. Both cases are equally pitiable, and I'm genuinely sorry for you.

@MidnightWing343 👁️ I'll see what i can do.. The time you live in the new empire, i ask you to follow my rule and not anyone else. The empire is flooded with husks with not their own minds.. Also. I ask you for a single quest, figure out how to make Animus powered prostethics and other weaponry.

@Zym_fan “I live in a cave. Anything is better than this. Do you have accommodations for two? I’ll be bringing Reanimation along. Also as much as he might try and resist it he can’t not listen to me. So he won’t pose any threat to you or anyone else. Not that he’d harm anyone anyway.”
