The majority in Russia is already taking issue with Putin because there is no end in sight to his war. And all the hardships Russians are facing today should bring them closer to the realization that their war is real, that it's not just "stones falling from the sky,” and that their war must end.

Hi fellas! After all this time and these projects getting traction & becoming public, it's time for a proper introduction. I'm Alex, 38, French. I was real estate agent & business developer in a PropTech startup in Paris until Feb 2022. I moved to Kyiv in May 2022 and stayed. From December '22 to April '23, I volunteered with a local military NGO, delivering medical supplies. Thought I'd help for a few months. That was nearly 3 years ago. June 2023: I created @Doshka_F to try to fix what I saw daily — erratic sourcing, zero process, just chaos held together by good intentions. DF's top priority? Supplying medical equipment to the Ukrainian army & civilian healthcare structures. This field desperately needs better management. We have been trying to do this here. A few people help with logistics & paperwork. A dozen volunteers across Europe handle fundraising & social media. It works because we collaborate daily with volunteers & nonprofits in 🇺🇦, 🇺🇸 & 🇪🇺. This synergy building is why I created DF. It's the only way to create value: helping each other. However, I still run 95% of operations solo, fuelled by coffee and stubbornness. That's how I witnessed firsthand the coordination crisis plaguing humanitarian logistics. Hundreds of NGO leaders across 🇺🇦 face the same problems—coordination failures, inefficient procurement, lack of basic management tools. The problems I experienced daily at Doshka are systemic issues affecting the entire humanitarian ecosystem. We're all fighting the same uphill battle against a system that should work better. From this realization emerged @platforma_app — a company developing a comprehensive digital logistics platform for humanitarian aid. Built by someone who lived through the inefficiencies it solves. This isn't just software—it's crisis-tested solution building to empower hundreds of humanitarian leaders facing these same daily struggles. We built this because someone had to.
