I bought a brand new PC two days ago with a clean Windows 11 installation.
The only application installed is VALORANT, yet I received a VAN 152 HWID ban.
I have never used cheats or any third-party software.

@RiotSupport @ItsGamerDoc I already contacted Riot Support, but I haven’t received a clear explanation for why this ban was applied.
This appears to be a false positive. I’ve attached proof of purchase and the install date, and I’m hoping @RiotSupport @ItsGamerDoc can review my case manually.
