We can’t believe it, but tomorrow is the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL. It is also a 1/2 day! We will dismiss at 11:00 am.

We enjoyed celebrating our first ever fifth grade class at Midtown Elementary! What an amazing bunch of students. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for you in middle school! 💙💚 Once a wildcat…always a wildcat! 🐾

The Madison City BOE approved Quentin L. Turner as Assistant Principal at Midtown Elem. He spent 3 yrs as reading specialist at New Hope Elem, Also 7 yrs as a middle school instr coach & 6 yrs as elementary teacher, both in Tuscaloosa. Welcome Mr. Turner! #mcslearn

HAPPY RETIREMENT to four amazing people. Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Walden, Mrs. Berry, and Mrs. Goode have left an impression on students that will last lifetimes. We are so appreciative of the work each one of you has put forth in the hearts and minds of our students every single day.

We had so much fun with our very first Mornings at Midtown crew this year! They did an amazing job laying the groundwork for future Midtown shows. 🎥

Congratulations to our Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Jennifer Corley! She is a phenomenal kindergarten teacher who gives her all for her students. This is an extremely well deserved honor!❤️🐾

We absolutely loved having our upcoming Kindergarteners come visit Midtown today!! They toured the school, met our teachers and staff, and played on the playground! We are so excited to have these future wildcats join us soon!!! 🐾

Reminder that students will dismiss at 11:00 on Fri, April 22nd. There will be no Extended Day. Please let your child's teacher know how they will go home if it is different from their normal transportation. Mon, April 25th there will be no school as it is a district Weather Day.
