@NomadLounger I truly appreciate the hopefulness in posts like this Steve, but for many in marginalized communities like mine, the stakes feel different. As people of color, LGBTQ+, and women, their concerns aren't just about 'getting through'—they’re about safety, rights, and well-being. ❤️

No matter which way you vote today. No matter which outcome we have. Remember we’re all going to go on with our lives tomorrow & we’re going to be fine. If you actually speak to friends/family who’s political views may vary from your own you will realize one thing- no matter what the media wants you to believe, we all have much more in common than what divides us. That isn’t as “sexy” or “scandalous” & therefore won’t sell newspapers or get “likes” so you won’t hear it as much but it’s true. We WILL get thru this & you WILL get to hug your family tomorrow, eat a big turkey dinner in a few weeks and take that Disney trip you planned. Stress out today but remember…we’re gonna get thru this TOGETHER & we’re gonna be fine. 😉
