Bad news: could take a year
Good news: arms on rotation. No more back/biceps and chest/triceps. Should be back/triceps and chest/biceps. Train the muscle groups 2x a week. One workout should be classics, basics. The second should be new angles, approaches. Brachialis needs focus. Do not overtrain. Let them recover fully. Even if it means missong your 2x week window. Preference quality over quantity. Dialed in you can do all in one week, balance intensity, frequency, recovery. Make sure youre activating mtor pathway at least once a day.
