Just meal prepped breakfast burritos for the week. Next is some variation of rice and chicken or maybe cheesy potato burritos 👀. Im so locked in on eating healthier and fitting my macros while also hitting micronutrients. Year 35 bout to be the healthiest

Today marks one month since I left, to put my mental and emotional well being first. Today also marks another huge step forward for my IRL grind. I’m touring 1 out of the 3 schools I wish to attend. “Things fall apart, so that better things can fall into place.” And that’s exactly how I’ve been feeling. A new sense of freedom. Everything that happened made me want to grind that much harder for myself. I’ve been staying consistent with my work outs, my jogs, my streams, and the work that I’m continuously putting IRL. I’m happy, I’m flourishing, and my glow is back — just doing me, and focusing on what I need to do. I’m back and better than ever, putting that energy into myself again 💖

@astr0stardust Easier said than done but if you just stop caring what other people think you’ll feel better about wearing or not wearing makeup! I work in trades and never wear makeup anymore except on the weekends sometimes and don’t notice a difference in the way most people treat me

People treat girls so different when they wear makeup vs when they don’t, and it really sucks how much the pressure to wear makeup to fit in pops up sometimes for me. I know makeup isn’t everything but it feels weird to notice how huge a difference of how (many) people treat you.
