2: penalty should be given (acting like a goalkeeper and the ball strikes the arm)
3: penalty was correctly not given (ball from a teammate and arms in a comprehensible position for that action)

Esto tampoco es roja, en el @valenciacf vs @RCCelta esta jugada es MUY SIMILAR a la de ayer observen que el jugador JUEGA el balón y su pie va cayendo de manera natural, el que recibe el impacto llega tarde e incade el espacio del que JUGÓ el balón de manera leal. Nunca hay movimiento adicional para golpear al rival

@jbguillen85 @juanramonlara7 It would be inconcieveable to go back now, and I'm sure FIFA were only trying to help in '97 with the laws change, but the revision has actually been a complete disaster. It is astonishing how good old refs were at recognising impeding compared to nowadays!

@PrimeTime2912 @HACKETTREF To be honest the two best referees were Michel and Elizondo, and the best overall crew was the Argentine trio. Busacca was deemed by FIFA to have missed a red card in Argentina-Mexico and had no chance for the final. Rosetti was also very good. Better times in refereeing!

@MikaelReferee @HACKETTREF Even if Poll was the best referee at that World Cup he probably wasn't going to get it. Rosetti, De Bleeckere, Busacc, and Michel were all better that tournament.

@HACKETTREF This panel should (obviously) be disbanded, because it is essentially a 'trial by media', as the former players just regurgitate what has been said in the media about these incidents. It is a very silly exercise for all involved.

Dale I love your posts. This explanation from the panel is confusing. The fact that a penalty kick was not awarded is a clear and obvious error. Therefore it should have been detected by VAR and the correct outcome achieved in active play.

@fenixwryght Rosetti, the Italian now the person designating the referees for Tuesday's match (I think Turpin has been selected), handled himself a playoff in that stadium in 2009 when he was probably the best referee in the world, and his linesman Calcagno was struck by a coin.

@LeandinhoDK Redder is very good and I hope he will reach Elite. I was surprised that UEFA didn't switch him with Kehlet into the 1st Cat in the last revisions after Fenerbahce-Stuttgart. Krogh is a bit passive for my taste.

@MikaelReferee With Krogh also seeming to be out of favour for Elite Group, Sundberg is definately our best card in Denmark with Mikkel Redder still very young. I hope he can do a strong comeback. I really like his style despite the disappointing Championship in Slovakia.

Injured players could be forced to stay off for one minute under proposals from Fifa.
Fifa has trialled two minutes but BBC Sport understands there has been push-back from leagues.

En l'occurrence ce sont des arbitres de Premiership, Maxwell-Keys (il a même fait une finale). Faut pas déconner non plus
