The Bills have signed LB Jimmy Ciarlo from the practice squad to the 53-man roster.
They have also placed CB Dorian Strong on Injured Reserve and elevated DT Zion Logue and DT Phidarian Mathis from the practice squad for tomorrow night’s game against the Patriots.
