Thursday night, after my golf tournament, I fell asleep on the couch sitting straight up with a glass of red wine clasped between my knees at 5pm. My husband had to carry me to bed. It was then I knew I’ve been burning the candle at both ends. I’ve been waking up at 3 or 4 in the morning to have coffee and breakfast with my dad in the hospital, work all day and posting on X at night. Remember to take care of yourself too. You can’t help everyone else when you don’t take care of yourself.
